Northlands webmaster Hardy Garrison is a computer support specialist and freelance web designer who combines his twin loves of telling and technology by crafting such sites as those for Northlands Storytelling Network and Storytelling In Wisconsin, as well as sites which promote his own storytelling and web design services.

In addition to his other sites, Hardy has designed (and continues to maintain) Web sites for Canterbury Booksellers Inn and the City of Madison Community Development Block Grant Office, each of which has received meritorious recognition for excellence in site design. Current other projects in development include a site for Wisconsin Literacy, Inc.

Known to many simply as "The Story Guy", Hardy is also an award-winning storyteller who has been sharing his rollicking retellings of folktales from around the globe with listeners of all ages since 1983.

Hardy, who is based in Madison, Wisconsin, also serves on the StoryNet Committee of the National Storytelling Network.
